Lead NiCE’s quality engineering organization across AI-driven quality, test automation, and performance engineering. Build and develop engineering teams, set technical direction, and improve software validation and reliability across the development lifecycle.

  • Define AI-augmented quality initiatives, including LLM-powered test generation, triage, and root-cause analysis.
  • Set automation strategy across UI, API, and integration testing, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead enterprise-scale performance and load testing, and define reliability thresholds with SRE.
  • Build and lead teams of automation engineers, performance engineers, and architects.
  • Set technical direction, quality metrics, OKRs, and career development plans for the organization.
  • Partner with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership on engineering quality and reliability.

דרישות

  • 12+ years in software engineering or QA, including 5+ years in engineering leadership at Director level or senior Staff+ with direct reports.
  • Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Track record leading performance engineering at scale, including 10,000+ concurrent users and distributed systems.
  • Experience shipping or operating AI/ML systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Java, and modern CI/CD tooling.

  • Enterprise software experience, such as SaaS, CCaaS, or fintech.
  • Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Familiarity with observability and APM tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic.

  • Experience leading performance engineering at scale, including 10,000+ concurrent users
  • Work according to NiCE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 office days and 3 remote days per week
