Lead a software development team building and maintaining Taboola’s large-scale real-time recommendation platform. You’ll guide the team from design through production and improve the platform’s infrastructure, observability, and development practices.

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding software development from concept to delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to support team members’ growth.
  • Design, develop, deploy, measure, and maintain services.
  • Build and evolve Taboola’s real-time systems and core framework code.
  • Improve observability, monitoring, and logging to detect and resolve performance issues.
  • Use Gen-AI tools to accelerate development across the R&D organization.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing software development teams.
  • Experience developing large-scale distributed systems and understanding of production system infrastructure.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and concurrent or multithreaded programming.
  • 5+ years of programming experience in Java or an equivalent object-oriented language.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL, and high proficiency in Linux.
  • B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of algorithms, data mining, and machine learning.
