You will design, build, and productionize machine learning models that help organizations detect and reduce security risks across AI systems. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to turn customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

  • Own the model lifecycle from problem definition and research through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Build scalable ML and AI solutions to detect, analyze, and mitigate AI-related security risks.
  • Integrate models into production systems and data pipelines with Engineering.
  • Develop capabilities for AI behavior analysis, anomaly detection, model governance, data risk detection, and usage observability.
  • Lead research proofs of concept and bring new LLM, applied ML, and AI security techniques into the product.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied ML roles.
  • 3+ years of backend development experience with production systems.
  • Hands-on experience with language models and modern ML techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience owning end-to-end research proofs of concept, from ideation to real-world impact.

  • Experience in AI security, application security, or threat detection.
  • Background in LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, prompt analysis, or multi-model systems.
  • Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing ML tooling.
  • Previous leadership experience, such as Tech Lead or Team Lead.
