Design and deploy machine learning models for real-time bidding and large-scale advertising auctions. Work with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to bring research into production and improve advertiser performance, publisher revenue, and marketplace efficiency.

  • Design, train, and deploy models for bid optimization, price prediction, win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, calibration, and auction optimization.
  • Manage the machine learning lifecycle, including research, experimentation, production deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Analyze marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities and measure business impact.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of production models serving low-latency, high-throughput traffic.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical reviews and experimentation practices.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of experience building end-to-end machine learning solutions, from research and experimentation through production.
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience developing machine learning models for RTB, recommendation systems, ranking, pricing, or other large-scale optimization problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with production-grade machine learning systems.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and data analysis.

  • Experience with deep learning models in large-scale recommendation or advertising systems.
  • Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
