Own multiple projects for AI labs, from defining scope and milestones to delivering reviewed adversarial environments, tasks, and verifiers. Coordinate researchers, engineers, and reviewers, and keep delivery on schedule and at the required quality level.

  • Own concurrent lab engagements from scope and milestones through delivery and status updates.
  • Turn customer specifications into task plans with researchers and engineers.
  • Track batches through the pipeline and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Identify slipping deadlines early and work out options for adjusting scope, capacity, or dates.
  • Allocate researchers, task writers, and reviewers across projects.
  • Onboard contributors, give quality feedback, and manage internal review before delivery.

דרישות

  • 2 to 4 years in project, program, or product management, owning delivery.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Comfort managing contributors without direct line-management responsibility.

יתרון

  • Technical background in industrial engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Exposure to LLMs or AI agents.
  • Background in security, red teaming, or trust and safety.
  • Experience coordinating distributed or contract contributors; data fluency with SQL, spreadsheets, or scripting.
