Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI-native systems and define AI engineering practices. Provide technical direction across teams and work with business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions.

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Security, and Business stakeholders.

דרישות

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience using AI-assisted engineering, including test generation and detecting scalability bottlenecks.
  • Strong technical skills building features end-to-end, with experience in production services, data modeling, and databases.
  • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining high-scale, multi-region production systems.

  • Experience in B2B cybersecurity, cloud security, Identity and Access Management, or encryption key management.
  • Understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem and modern platform engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents and workflows.
