Own strategic post-sales relationships with enterprise customers and guide their AI security and governance programs. You’ll lead customer planning, technical direction, adoption, and platform expansion in partnership with internal teams.

  • Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Build deployment roadmaps and success plans, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Translate customer priorities and risks into practical AI security implementation plans.
  • Scope deployments, review integrations, and investigate issues using API documentation and logs.
  • Drive adoption and platform expansion, coordinating with Sales when commercial follow-up is needed.
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve blockers and bring customer insights back into Noma.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, with a strong background in hands-on Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
  • Experience owning enterprise customer strategy and technical outcomes, including discovery, deployment planning, success plans, executive reviews, and ongoing adoption.
  • Ability to scope deployments, read API documentation and logs, assess integration requirements, and discuss technical findings with R&D.
  • Strong cybersecurity expertise and understanding of AI technologies and architectures, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
  • Experience at an early-stage cybersecurity company.

  • Experience with AI security, AI governance, or securing generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP guidance, MITRE ATLAS, and emerging AI regulation.
  • Experience across both pre-sales technical and post-sales customer-facing roles.
