Join Zenity’s CTO Office to research emerging AI agent security challenges and build working proofs of concept. You will validate customer needs and technical feasibility, then help move successful prototypes into Product and Engineering.

  • Research customer needs, cybersecurity gaps, and technical feasibility.
  • Scope, build, evaluate, document, and ship prototypes.
  • Make decisions about architecture, tooling, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Work with Product, R&D, and GTM on security challenges and prototype solutions.
  • Lead successful proofs of concept through handoff to Engineering and Product.
  • Track developments in AI and bring relevant insights to the team.

דרישות

  • Substantial hands-on experience in Engineering or Security Research.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents, and familiarity with AI-assisted coding.
  • Strong understanding of attack paths and defensive controls.
  • Ability to assess product needs and technical feasibility.
  • Ability to work without a specification, define what done means, and communicate technical work to varied stakeholders.

  • Experience building or researching cybersecurity products.
  • Experience with AI agents or AI agent security.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or zero-to-one environment.
  • Previous team lead or tech lead experience, or public technical work such as blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or published papers.
