Lead and develop Taboola’s global Go-To-Market business applications ecosystem, including Salesforce and modern sales tools. Own its strategy and delivery, and drive the use of GenAI workflows across Sales and Professional Services.

  • Lead the GTM Applications team, including people management, mentoring, hiring, and career development.
  • Own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM applications portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Professional Services leaders to turn business needs into technical solutions.
  • Drive adoption of GenAI-powered agents, automations, and workflows across GTM systems.
  • Establish governance, architecture, and delivery processes for business applications.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and budgets, and evaluate emerging technologies.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a Business Applications, Salesforce, or GTM Systems environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including implementation, configuration, and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales tools such as Clay, Similarweb, Gong, DealHub, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead-to-cash, pipeline management, customer success, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.

  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, or scripting and integration technologies.
  • Experience building or deploying GenAI-powered solutions in production enterprise environments.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the Tel Aviv office
