Payment Operations Specialist

You will manage card and payment operations, monitor transaction flows, and resolve processing, reconciliation, and settlement issues. You will work with banking and processing partners and internal teams to support reliable operations and new product launches.

  • Manage day-to-day card and payment processing operations.
  • Monitor transaction flows and resolve operational exceptions.
  • Coordinate with banks, Mastercard, and processing partners.
  • Investigate payment discrepancies, failed transactions, chargebacks, reconciliation issues, and settlement breaks.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and partner performance; identify trends and escalate risks.
  • Improve payment operations processes, procedures, controls, and automation.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of experience in payment operations, card operations, card issuing, or a related operational role.
  • Hands-on experience managing card issuing or card processing operations end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of the cards and payments ecosystem, including issuing, card schemes, processors, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with transaction processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and operational issue resolution.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of transactional data.

יתרון

  • SQL or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with ISO 8583 messaging standards.
  • Knowledge of 3DS authentication flows or digital wallet solutions such as MDES.
