Own Riverside’s affiliate and performance-partnership programs, from recruiting and activating partners to building and scaling programs. Work with internal teams and external partners to connect marketing activity with pipeline and revenue.

  • Manage affiliate and performance-partnership programs across PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com.
  • Recruit and activate partners, helping them launch and convert.
  • Build and scale affiliate, referral, and revenue-share programs.
  • Coordinate messaging with Paid Acquisition, Creative, Product, and CS.
  • Own attribution and reporting across the funnel.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance/channel marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, including tracking, attribution, and payouts.
  • Experience activating partners and getting them live and converting.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and how affiliate and channel decisions affect pipeline and revenue.
  • Full English proficiency.
