Design and develop front-end features for Navan’s AI-powered travel platform, used by thousands of travelers. Set technical direction, improve the user experience, and help maintain front-end quality across the product.

  • Set technical direction for the next-generation product suite and Product-Led Growth strategy.
  • Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop travel technology.
  • Build features for daily users and support business growth.
  • Improve performance, accessibility, maintainability, and code quality.
  • Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience building SaaS products.
  • Advanced proficiency in React, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience leading complex projects from concept through implementation and maintenance.
  • Experience with production-quality code, testing strategies, and monitoring.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to translate user problems into technical solutions.

  • Experience with or interest in applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences.
  • Working knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
