Partner with Engineering and Cyber leaders in Israel and global tech teams to align people strategy with business goals. Own HR processes, coach managers, and support performance, talent, engagement, and employee relations initiatives.

- Partner with Engineering and Cyber departments to develop people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Own strategic People processes and employee relations for client groups in Israel and global tech teams.
- Coach managers on talent management, leadership growth, team structure, and employee relations.
- Lead performance assessments, compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
- Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve retention and organizational health.
- Lead and contribute to site-wide and global HR projects and programs.
דרישות
- 5–6 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years as a People Partner (HRBP) in a global high-tech company.
- Fluent written and spoken business English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Able to commit to a 1-year temporary position.
- Experience using AI to improve or apply HR best practices in a global company.
