Lead the team building platforms, tools, and workflows that help Gong’s engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software more efficiently. Shape technical direction, grow the team, and improve engineering productivity across the company.

  • Drive the evolution of Gong’s internal developer platform and its self-service capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform and software engineers, including adoption of AI-powered development tools.
  • Improve the reliability and scalability of CI/CD systems and software delivery workflows.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Security, AI Enablement, and R&D leadership to improve engineering effectiveness.
  • Build scalable platforms, automation, and self-service solutions to remove software development bottlenecks.
  • Evaluate and scale AI capabilities for safe, effective use across R&D.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure.
  • Strong software engineering background and experience building cloud-native, distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and integrating AI-powered developer tools into engineering workflows.
  • Deep expertise in software delivery, CI/CD, developer platforms, automation, observability, and GitOps.
  • Experience influencing technical direction through collaboration and communication across engineering organizations.
