Hardware Integration Engineer

You will evaluate and integrate hardware components for enterprise storage products, qualify hardware and firmware releases, and lead debugging and failure analysis. You will also support internal teams and work with vendors to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

  • Evaluate and qualify new hardware components and participate in their integration into the product.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve product quality and resolve technical issues.
  • Lead failure analysis investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage new and existing hardware projects.
  • Maintain and update the hardware knowledge base using tools such as Jira and Google Sheets.
  • Provide hardware-focused support to Level 3 support, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and IT.

דרישות

  • Hands-on experience debugging complex hardware across enterprise servers, BMC, PCIe, IPMI, storage devices, JBODs, Ethernet cards, PDUs, and UPSs.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, system-level tools, logs, kernel interfaces, drivers, and debugging workflows.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex enterprise hardware products.
  • Familiarity with Bash and Python scripting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
