Lead engineering teams focused on AI and drive AI adoption across Port’s R&D organization. Set the technical direction for AI development and improve engineering workflows across the company.

  • Coach and develop Team Leads and senior engineers.
  • Implement AI-driven tools, frameworks, and workflows across R&D.
  • Drive adoption of agentic coding tools and measure their impact.
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and project delivery.
  • Define and execute the long-term AI technical roadmap.

דרישות

  • Extensive engineering leadership experience as a Director of Engineering or equivalent senior technical leader, typically 8+ years.
  • Experience overseeing multiple Team Leads and developing leadership talent.
  • Experience delivering large-scale technical projects with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, evals, RAG, AI harness and agent architectures, and production-grade AI systems.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.
