Lead a team of applied scientists building and deploying AI models for cybersecurity products. Guide research and product work from problem definition through production, while shaping technical direction and mentoring the team.

דרישות
- 5+ years of experience as an applied researcher with production-level impact.
- Experience leading, training, and developing applied scientists or data scientists.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Experience in applied research with Transformers, open-source LLMs, or other advanced deep learning architectures.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks and tooling.
יתרון
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Hands-on experience training large language models, including supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL).
