Provide first-line IT support to employees and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, company devices, user access, office technology, and support for internal events.

  • Provide first-line technical support through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, and endpoint issues on Windows and macOS devices.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, account provisioning, and equipment collection.
  • Administer company devices using Microsoft Intune and manage user accounts and access.
  • Support conference rooms, printers, AV systems, and workplace collaboration tools.
  • Provide technical support for company events and maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.

דרישות

  • Experience providing hands-on IT support in Windows and macOS environments.
  • Troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management and MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Customer service skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.

  • Experience supporting conference room technologies, AV systems, and workplace collaboration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Crestron, Zoom Rooms, or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
