Senior Software Developer — Malware Research Platform

Lead the development and delivery of an internal malware research platform used by malware researchers. Build and evaluate agentic workflows that fit researchers’ needs, while setting technical standards and mentoring the development team.

  • Own technical execution from implementation through code review and release.
  • Turn research workflows and feature requests into scoped tasks and estimates.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, unblock team members, and identify problems early.
  • Work with malware researchers to understand their workflows and build agentic tooling.
  • Design agent evaluations and guardrails, and make architecture and design decisions.
  • Mentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of software development experience delivering products to production.
  • Strong Python, including asyncio, modern typing, and pytest.
  • Production experience with Playwright and LLM-powered agentic workflows using a modern agent framework.
  • Experience building evaluations and guardrails for agent quality, and leading development through estimation, task breakdown, code review, and mentoring.

יתרון

  • Background in cybersecurity, malware research, threat intelligence, or an adjacent security domain.
  • Experience with reverse-engineering tools, sandboxes, or malware-analysis pipelines.
  • RAG and retrieval pipelines, including indexing, reranking, grounding, and a vector store.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and observability tools.
