You will support compliance monitoring and help ensure Moon Active’s games and operations meet regulatory requirements, platform policies, and industry standards across its markets. You will turn regulatory guidance into practical input for teams across the company and help identify and reduce risk.

  • Monitor global regulations and requirements relevant to mobile gaming and flag developments that may affect company practices.
  • Translate regulatory guidance into practical input for Product, Monetization, Marketing, and Player Support, including pre-launch reviews.
  • Maintain compliance policies, playbooks, trackers, and training materials, keeping documentation audit-ready.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and external advisors under the guidance of the Head of Compliance.
  • Prepare compliance reports for the team and leadership.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory work at a global company.
  • Familiarity with consumer protection and regulatory frameworks, such as DSA and OSA, and their application to consumer-facing products.
  • Ability to turn regulatory guidance into clear, practical input for non-legal teams.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.

  • Knowledge of privacy and data protection frameworks such as GDPR, COPPA, and CCPA/CPRA.
