Cloudinary is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial close, reporting, audits, and tax coordination across its global entities. The role also focuses on improving financial workflows using technology and AI, and is an approximately eight-month maternity leave replacement.

  • Oversee global accounting operations across group entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local accounting requirements.
  • Lead monthly financial close and annual consolidated financial statement preparation.
  • Coordinate annual external audits and tax filings for domestic entities, and work with local firms supporting international subsidiaries.
  • Improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline accounting, analysis, reporting, and financial workflows.
  • Work hands-on with NetSuite and other financial systems.

דרישות

  • CPA with a Big 4 background and experience working with technology or high-tech companies.
  • Experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role within a global organization.
  • Experience managing accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Experience leading consolidation and financial statement preparation in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and fluency in written and spoken English.
