Lead a team of 6–8 developers and coordinate software delivery from architecture and design through production release. Provide hands-on technical guidance, manage risks, and make technical and strategic decisions across complex development projects.

  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and influencing developers.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Go, Python, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud, or microservices architecture.
  • Experience with agentic AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
