Lead the IT team and manage the company’s infrastructure, user support, and daily IT operations. Develop and maintain security systems, respond to security incidents, and work with internal teams to improve IT processes and security.

  • Build, configure, and maintain servers, networks, endpoints, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, account setup, access control, and end-user support.
  • Develop and maintain security infrastructure, monitor for breaches, and lead incident response.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; enforce security policies.
  • Evaluate IT and security tools, maintain documentation, and identify process improvements.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of experience in security engineering and IT administration.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, networking, and system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Google Admin Console.
  • Fluent English.
