Build and ship production-ready software that solves customer problems, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering. Own features from discovery through production, using AI-powered development tools as part of the engineering workflow.

  • Use AI tools and agentic workflows to support software development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive work.
  • Turn ideas and ambiguous problems into prototypes and production-ready software.
  • Own features from idea through production, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers during product discovery and delivery.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software.
  • Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
  • Track record of owning features or services from design through production.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools in a daily engineering workflow.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
