Lead CRM projects from business requirements through development and implementation, and oversee the design of CRM solutions. Analyze business processes and work with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver and improve solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
  • Experience writing functional specifications and working with development teams.
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Service processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a system-level perspective.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross-organizational processes.
