You will recruit for Product and R&D roles in Israel and the US, working with hiring managers and the talent team. You will source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines and records.

  • Partner with the talent team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for Product and R&D roles across Israel and the US.
  • Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience.
  • Conduct behavioral and HR interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS and build talent pipelines.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a tech or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.

  • Experience with Greenhouse.
