Own documentation across multiple product areas, creating and maintaining guides, API documentation, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product content. Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to explain complex systems clearly and improve documentation using AI tools, automation, and user insights.

- Own end-to-end documentation for multiple product domains and work with several PMs across rapid release cycles.
- Create and maintain user guides, API docs, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product microcopy.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve writing, editing, research, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn technical concepts into clear content.
- Use analytics and user behavior insights to improve documentation effectiveness and user experience.
- Set documentation standards and improve structured authoring and review processes.
דרישות
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to document complex systems.
- Experience using AI tools in documentation workflows and analytics or user behavior insights to improve content.
- Experience with structured authoring such as Markdown, HTML, or XML, and modern documentation tools.
- Native or near-native English proficiency and Hebrew proficiency.

- Familiarity with knowledge base platforms such as Zendesk Guide.
- CSS/HTML.
- Experience in cybersecurity or with data-driven products.
- Experience with translation management.
