Senior Data Scientist - AI Research & Reliability

You will lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of AI capabilities, including LLM- and NLP-based systems and AI agents. You will work with Product and Engineering to solve complex customer problems and set technical standards for reliable AI at scale.

  • Define AI strategy, agent architectures, success metrics, and technical direction.
  • Design and build AI agents, retrieval systems, memory architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Develop NLP and LLM methods for analyzing large conversation datasets.
  • Build scalable Python pipelines and take models and LLM solutions into production.
  • Set technical standards and mentor junior and mid-level data scientists.

דרישות

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in an exact science field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in data science or machine learning.
  • Deep expertise in NLP or machine learning, including advanced RAG, LLM fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and LLM evaluation.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Transformers.
  • Experience taking complex AI and NLP solutions from concept to large-scale production.
