Explore technical questions across AI, agent systems, real-time transport, and platform infrastructure, then build prototypes and run evaluations to support clear technical decisions. Work with platform, research, and forward-deployed teams, providing evidence-based recommendations and handing off findings to production owners.

  • Run technical spikes to evaluate agent frameworks, real-time transport, LLMs, and platform technologies.
  • Build prototypes to test technical options and reduce uncertainty.
  • Read and evaluate unfamiliar codebases, including framework source code.
  • Design benchmarks and measurement harnesses, and report latency, cost, and failure behavior.
  • Write evidence-based build-versus-adopt recommendations and document the reasoning.
  • Hand off findings to the teams responsible for production implementation.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in software, ML, or research engineering, with ownership of production systems.
  • Strong Python skills.
  • Experience with real-time, streaming, or latency-sensitive systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems, including orchestration and tool calling.
  • Experience in a SaaS company and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Experience with voice or real-time agent frameworks such as Pipecat or LiveKit Agents.
  • Experience with WebRTC, media transport, or streaming infrastructure.
  • Experience with agent memory systems, MCP, or agent interoperability standards.
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
