Drive cross-functional initiatives and improve RevOps processes across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams. Support the adoption of AI tools and automation, and turn business metrics and operational needs into clear actions.

  • Own and optimize CRM workflows, reporting, data accuracy, and operational routines.
  • Track business metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Support implementation and adoption of AI tools, automations, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, documentation, and internal processes.
  • Define project tasks, owners, timelines, and follow-ups.

דרישות

  • 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, Business Operations, Product Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.
  • Comfort with data, processes, systems, people, and hands-on operational work.

  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, Jira or Notion, BI, or automation tools.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
