Own global HR operations, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and people analytics for a 600-person company. Lead HR infrastructure improvements and AI adoption, while managing and developing one HR Operations team member.

  • Own global compensation and benefits, including job architecture, leveling, benchmarking, salary reviews, and stock option cycles.
  • Lead headcount planning, growth modeling, HR budget, and procurement with Finance and Talent Acquisition.
  • Deliver global HR cycles and support cross-company strategic projects.
  • Build people analytics dashboards and turn data into insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Own BambooHR, people data, system integrations, workflow automation, and global payroll and EOR operations.
  • Lead HR AI initiatives and develop one HR Operations team member.

דרישות

  • 6+ years of HRIS and Compensation & Benefits experience in a global company, including 4+ years of hands-on C&B experience.
  • Experience building HR infrastructure and leading global, cross-functional projects and process improvements.
  • Experience with workforce planning, budgets, procurement, and global payroll and EOR partners.
  • At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience using Claude or similar tools to build and implement AI agents, skills, and organizational plugins.
  • Experience owning an HRIS across the employee lifecycle, managing and developing team members, and translating people data into dashboards and insights.

יתרון

  • Experience with BambooHR; familiarity with Papaya and Pave.
  • Experience in a cybersecurity or high-growth technology company.

  • At least 4 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience
  • At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience using Claude or similar tools
