Lead NiCE’s quality engineering organization, including AI-driven quality initiatives, test automation, and performance engineering. Build and mentor teams, set technical direction, and work with engineering, product, DevOps, and R&D leaders to support software reliability at scale.

  • Lead performance and load testing strategy at enterprise scale.
  • Set technical direction, OKRs, and career ladders for the quality engineering organization.
  • Hire and develop engineers, architects, and senior individual contributors.
  • Partner with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership.

דרישות

  • 12+ years in software engineering or QA, with 5+ years in engineering leadership at Director level or senior Staff+ with direct reports.
  • Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Track record leading performance engineering at scale, including 10,000+ concurrent users, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience shipping or operating AI/ML systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Java, and modern CI/CD tooling.

  • Enterprise software experience, such as SaaS, CCaaS, fintech, or other high-uptime or regulated environments.
