Token Security is looking for a Senior Security Researcher to research security risks in AI products, LLM frameworks, and AI agent environments. The role combines hands-on research with designing security controls, publishing findings, and working with product, engineering, and sales teams.

  • Analyze AI products, SaaS LLM offerings, and agentic tools for security gaps, privilege escalation, and data leakage.
  • Research and prototype security controls for autonomous AI agents, including token boundaries and runtime access controls.
  • Write technical blogs, research papers, and vulnerability disclosures, and present research at security conferences.
  • Use AI agents and other AI tools to automate research and vulnerability analysis.
  • Research customer environments during POCs and report NHI and AI misconfigurations.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn findings into detections, platform features, and presentations.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in security research, cloud security research, offensive or defensive security, or vulnerability research.
  • Practical experience or deep technical research in AI architectures, LLM execution pipelines, API security, and agentic execution environments.
  • Thorough understanding of organizational security, cloud environments, enterprise IAM, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern programming or scripting languages.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal.

יתרון

  • Experience speaking at security conferences such as Black Hat, DEF CON, RSA, OWASP, or BSides.
  • Published security advisories, CVEs, or high-impact technical blog posts.

  • Work from the Tel Aviv office, with work from home on Tuesdays
