Join Mitiga’s Data team to maintain and extend a production Python detection engine that processes cloud, SaaS, and identity data at scale. You’ll work with cyber investigators to build detection logic and improve the quality, performance, and engineering practices of the platform.

  • Harden and extend the production Python codebase through refactoring, module and API design, typing, and test coverage.
  • Own and optimize PySpark workflows processing security datasets across multi-cloud environments.
  • Design data models and queries, and improve slow queries.
  • Work with cyber investigators to turn attacker behavior into production detection logic.
  • Build AI-supported workflows and LLM-backed services.
  • Improve code review, CI, engineering standards, and technical direction.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of production Python experience at a company.
  • Hands-on SQL experience designing schemas and fixing slow queries.
  • Experience using AI coding agents and shipping a product or feature built on an LLM.
  • Fluent in Git and CI.
  • Experience with typing, refactoring, module and API design, pytest, packaging, and code review.

  • AWS, including S3, IAM, compute, or Bedrock.
  • Workflow automation or agent platforms such as n8n, LangGraph, or Temporal.
  • MCP servers or tool-calling integrations.
  • Experience with both Spark and Kafka, or a security, detection-engineering, or SIEM background.
