GRC Security Specialist

You will help set and oversee security policies, controls, and compliance processes at Payoneer. The role includes managing audits and risk assessments, developing security awareness programs, and working with Legal, IT, and business teams.

  • Develop security compliance strategies, policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Identify compliance requirements and define controls to meet them.
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits, and oversee compliance systems.
  • Report on compliance activities and progress to management.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness and training initiatives.
  • Partner with Legal and IT on data protection and compliance initiatives.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in GRC, information security, or compliance in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of security standards and regulatory frameworks, including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, and cloud security frameworks.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI Governance, including AI risk management and frameworks such as EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodology, IT systems, and security controls.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hebrew.

יתרון

  • CISM, CISA, or CISSP certification.
  • CISO certification from a recognized institution.
  • Master’s degree in information security, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services.
