Senior Frontend Infrastructure Engineer (Core Team)

You will build and maintain frontend infrastructure, frameworks, tools, and libraries for Connecteam’s React-based product. You will work with product and R&D teams to improve frontend architecture, performance, and the development experience across the company.

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend frameworks, tools, and libraries.
  • Work with product and R&D teams to align infrastructure solutions with product needs.
  • Set frontend technical standards through architecture, code, and best practices.
  • Improve developer tooling, automation, code reuse, and frontend performance.
  • Review code and resolve complex frontend infrastructure issues with engineering and infrastructure teams.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, focused on frontend infrastructure, tooling, or architecture.
  • Deep proficiency in React and understanding of its ecosystem and core principles.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Rspack, or Vite.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing strategies, and design patterns.

יתרון

  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience building or evolving frontend infrastructure or design systems for a SaaS product at scale.
  • Experience working with platform, infrastructure, or developer-experience teams.
  • Background in frontend performance optimization; familiarity with Vue or React architectures and component systems.
