Dream develops sovereign AI and national cyber-defense capabilities for governments. In this role, you will take AI research from problem definition through experimentation and deployment under real-world data, security, compute, and deployment constraints.

  • Define success criteria and develop data and methods for open-ended research problems.
  • Run rigorous experiments to develop working AI capabilities.
  • Work with engineering teams through deployment and measure quality and efficiency.
  • Address technical blockers and adapt when an approach fails.
  • Collaborate with the team through technical review and mentoring.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML R&D, with substantial ownership of multiple end-to-end projects.
  • MSc or PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrated research accomplishments.
  • Strong Python implementation skills and experience with PyTorch or JAX.
  • Direct experience turning raw data into training and evaluation pipelines.
  • Deep research expertise in at least one of the listed research tracks.
