Own customer deployments of Solid, from solution architecture and Python integrations through production launch. Build semantic models and connect Solid to enterprise AI workflows while serving as the main technical contact for customers.

  • Own customer deployments from kickoff to production, designing solution architectures and writing Python code for integrations and internal tooling.
  • Build, benchmark, and certify semantic models, and connect Solid to customer AI ecosystems.
  • Lead customer communications, status syncs, troubleshooting, and occasional on-site visits.
  • Manage multiple customer workstreams and resolve technical blockers.
  • Turn customer feedback and field issues into product requirements and Jira tickets for R&D.

דרישות

  • 2+ years in a technical, client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Python and strong SQL.
  • Practical experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, dbt, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Text2SQL, AI agents, MCP, and workflow orchestration.
  • Excellent English skills and willingness to make occasional customer visits.
