Financial Controller

You will lead day-to-day financial operations at Bizzabo, including financial close, reporting, payroll, tax matters, and audits. You will work with teams across the company and help build AI-driven financial processes.

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial workpapers and controls.
  • Support daily accounting operations and guide the bookkeeping team.
  • Handle tax filings and ongoing tax matters with external consultants.
  • Lead payroll procedures and the external audit process.
  • Ensure financial reporting complies with US GAAP and create AI-driven financial processes.

דרישות

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Big 4 alumni.
  • 3–4 years of post-Big 4 experience in a high-growth tech company or startup.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition.
  • Very strong written and verbal English.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills, or Google Suite experience.

  • SaaS experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Experience in an international, multi-entity, and multi-currency environment.
  • Experience using AI tools, specifically Claude, to streamline financial workflows.
