You will build and deploy machine learning models for real-time bidding, including bid optimization, price prediction, and auction strategy. You will take models from research through production and work with product, engineering, and business teams to improve marketplace outcomes.

  • Design, train, and deploy models for bid optimization, price prediction, win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, and auction optimization.
  • Own the machine learning lifecycle, from research and prototyping through deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Build and evolve large-scale models for low-latency, high-throughput production traffic.
  • Analyze auction and marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities and measurable business impact.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Business teams on scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical investigations.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of experience building machine learning and deep learning solutions end-to-end, from research through production.
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning for RTB, programmatic advertising, pricing, or large-scale optimization.
  • Strong software engineering skills in Python or Java and experience developing production ML systems.
  • Experience taking machine learning models from prototype to scalable, high-performance production environments.

  • Experience building models for bid optimization, auction systems, pricing, or large-scale recommendation systems.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
