Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and manage cross-functional development and integration of complex systems. Oversee product development from system architecture and prototypes through design verification and validation, and coordinate with Systems Engineering and Project Managers.

  • Lead end-to-end product development, including system architecture, technical oversight, prototypes, and design verification and validation.
  • Coordinate development engineers, Systems Engineering, and Project Managers.
  • Set engineering priorities, allocate tasks, and establish development processes, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate engineers, and develop professional growth plans.
  • Prepare technical responses for tenders, including proposals, effort estimates, and cost evaluations.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware development and board design, as a Hardware Design Engineer or Firmware Engineer.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams of five or more engineers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with customers.

  • Experience preparing technical project cost estimates and pricing.
  • Experience writing technical proposals for competitive tenders (RFPs).
  • Background in microwave communications, telemetry systems, and RF engineering at microwave frequencies.
