Lead Nanit’s Platform pod, which owns shared backend infrastructure and builds tools and workflows that help engineering teams deliver safely. Manage the pod’s direction and delivery, and support the growth and performance of 3–4 direct reports.

  • Keep shared infrastructure reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.
  • Lead backend architecture programs and migrate services safely.
  • Drive incidents to their root causes and help problems surface early.
  • Own pod direction, sprint and quarter planning, and delivery.
  • Improve the pod’s working processes and follow the company’s PDLC and policies.
  • Set goals, give feedback, and support the growth of 3–4 direct reports.

דרישות

  • At least 6 years of backend development experience.
  • Significant architecture or platform experience.
  • Proven experience as a people manager, leading team execution and delivery.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and AWS, including EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, and cloud cost drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with Redpanda or Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and Grafana or Prometheus.

  • Proven experience as a people manager, leading team execution and delivery
