Own full-cycle recruiting across functions, seniority levels and global markets, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs and assess candidates. Use AI, market research and recruiting data to improve sourcing and hiring workflows.

  • Own hiring end to end, from defining the business need through sourcing, assessment and closing offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to shape hiring profiles and recruitment decisions.
  • Recruit across functions, seniority levels and geographies, including Israel, the US and Europe.
  • Assess candidates using evidence of their skills and fit for the role.
  • Use AI to research, map markets, source candidates and improve recruiting workflows.
  • Build and improve candidate experience, employer brand, interviewer training and sourcing infrastructure.

  • 5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across functions and seniority levels, with a strong technical recruiting foundation.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Track record of partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
