Lead data science work on patient-therapist conversations and develop AI solutions that support behavioral health care teams. Work with product, clinical, and leadership teams to improve therapy sessions and bring models from research into production.

- 5+ years of industry experience as a data scientist.
- 3+ years of experience with Python and production-grade coding.
- Experience developing and delivering end-to-end AI models, from data cleaning and feature engineering to production implementation.
- Experience with NLP, LLM applications, and Generative AI.
יתרון
- Experience in speech and audio, such as speech-to-text, speaker separation, diarization, or speaker identification.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Startup experience.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
